God is three persons in one – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit – and we have the privilege of fellowship and communication with all three persons.
1 John 1:3 that which we have seen and heard we proclaim also to you, so that you too may have fellowship with us; and indeed our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son Jesus Christ.
Philippians 2:1 So if there is any encouragement in Christ, any comfort from love, any participation in the Spirit, any affection and sympathy,
We do not live in a universe with an impersonal deity behind creation. Instead, we live in a world where the Creator wants to have personal relationships with each of the billions of unique persons conceived since Adam & Eve were made by God Himself. Disciples of Jesus are warmly invited into fellowship – communion – with the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit who intercedes on our behalf. What a privilege to have fellowship with our Creator and Redeemer!
