Followers of Jesus today are co-workers with God in His work here on earth.
1 Corinthians 3:9 For we are God’s fellow workers. You are God’s field, God’s building.
2 Corinthians 6:1 Working together with him [God], then, we appeal to you not to receive the grace of God in vain.
God is not a slave driver or micro manager. He joins us in the assignment given to us, encouraging us, equipping us, and enabling us to complete the task. Its not that we don’t ever mess up. God invites us to be part of the work He wants to accomplish today. Isn’t the thought of working with God an incredible blessing? Be motivated and encouraged today!
